Intake Manifold Disassemble (1.6L LLU)

Disconnect the evaporative
emission pipe (1) from the intake manifold (3) and the evaporative
emission pipe bracket (2). |

Remove the evaporative
emission pipe (1). |
| 3. |
Remove the 2 fuel injection
rail bolts (2). |
| 4. |
Remove the fuel injection rail
(3) from the intake manifold (1). |
| 5. |
Remove the charger air bypass
regulator solenoid vacuum valve bracket bolts (1). |
| 6. |
Remove the charger air bypass
regulator solenoid vacuum valve bracket (2) from the intake
manifold (3). |
