Turbocharger Air Inlet Adapter Installation

1. Insert a NEW gasket.
2. Install and position the turbocharger air inlet adapter (1)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .
3. Install and tighten the 2 turbocharger air inlet bolts (6) and 8 N·m (71 lb in) .
4. Install the turbocharger wastegate regulator solenoid valve hose (5) to the turbocharger (4) and install the clamp.
5. Install the turbocharger wastegate actuator hose (2) to the turbocharger wastegate actuator (3) and the clamp.

6. Install the charge air bypass valve pipe (1) to the charge air bypass valve (2) and install the clamp (3).
