Note: Consider the
appropriate screwing on points for the EN-6125-5
sideways support .

| 1. |
Install the cylinder head on
the EN-6215-1 mounting table along with the
EN-6215-5 sideways support (1). |
| 2. |
Install the EN-6215-4
handle (1) to the EN-6215-1 mounting table
. |
| 3. |
Turn the cylinder head
baseplate. |
| 4. |
Install the 4
EN-6167-1 brace (1) in order to support the
valves. |
| 5. |
Install the 4
EN-6167-2 bolts (2) along with the 4
EN-6167-2 special nuts (3) in order to fix the
EN-6167-1 brace . Install a suitable bolt (1) to
justify the special nut. |

That no special tools are
damaged at the later disassembly of the valve wedges, solve the
valve retainers with an easy hammer hit. Use a rubber hammer (1)
and the EN-6171 release tool (2). |

Note: In order to
ensure that neither tools or components are damaged, the depressing
tool (3) must touched down parallel to the valve retainer. Select
the appropriate thread in lever. If the depressing tool should not
be able to touched down parallel, than the lever tool must adjusted
accordingly.

Install the EN-6086-7
lever (2) to the handle (1). |
| 8. |
Install the
EN-6086-11 demounting piece (4) along with the
lever adapter (3) to the lever. |

Note: Place the valve
springs, the upper valve spring retainers and the valve keys on the
EN-849 assembly tray to ensure they will be
installed in their original position.

| 9. |
Press down the valve springs
and the upper valve spring retainers until the valve keys are
discharged from the spring load. Remove the valve keys, the upper
valve spring retainers and the valve springs. |
| 10. |
Remove the valve stem oil
seals (2), using the EN-840 pliers . |
| 11. |
Remove the lever tool and the
4 EN-6167 counter holder . |
| 12. |
Remove all valves in sequence
and place them on the EN-849 assembly tray
(1). |
