Intake Manifold Installation (2.0L Diesel LBS, LBX, and LBY)

1. Install the intake manifold (2).
2. Install the 4 NEW intake manifold gaskets.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .
3. Install the 9 intake manifold nuts (3) and tighten to 22 N·m (16 lb ft) .
4. Install the fuel injection pump bracket stud (1).
