Oil Filter Adapter Disassemble

1. Remove the 3 oil cooler bolts (1).
2. Remove the oil cooler (2).
3. Remove the oil cooler plate (3).
4. Remove the oil filter cap (4).
5. Remove and DISCARD the oil filter (5).
6. Remove the oil filter adapter oil drain stud (6).
7. Remove the oil filter adapter stud bolt (7).
8. Remove the oil filter adapter oil pressure valve (9).
9. Remove the oil filter adapter valve (10).
10. Remove the oil filter adapter to oil cooler gasket (11).
11. In case of re-using the oil filter adapter, refer to Oil Filter Adapter Cleaning and Inspection .
