Engine Block Assemble

1.	Install the coolant jacket plugs (1, 2).

2.	Lubricate the crankshaft position sensor O-ring with engine oil.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution .

3.	Install the crankshaft position sensor (2) and bolt (1).

Tighten the crankshaft position sensor bolt to 9 N·m (80 lb in) .

4.	Install the piston oil nozzles (2).

5.	Install the piston oil nozzle bolts (1).

6.	Tighten the piston oil nozzle bolts to 9 N·m (80 lb in) .
