Remove the instrument panel (I/P) tie bar. Refer to Instrument Panel Tie Bar Replacement .

Heater and Air Conditioning Evaporator Case

Procedure

1. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) module wiring harness. Refer to . Air Conditioning Module Wiring Harness Replacement
2. Remove the heater core. Refer to . Heater Core Replacement
3. Remove the blower motor. Refer to . Blower Motor Replacement
4. Remove the blower motor control module. Refer to . Blower Motor Control Module Replacement
5. Remove the passenger compartment air filter. Refer to . Passenger Compartment Air Filter Replacement
6. Remove the inside air temperature sensor - left side lower. Refer to . Inside Air Temperature Sensor Replacement - Left Side Lower
7. Remove the temperature valve actuator - left side. Refer to . Temperature Valve Actuator Replacement - Left Side
8. Remove the mode control cam. Refer to . Mode Control Cam Replacement
9. Remove the mode control cam actuator. Refer to . Mode Control Cam Actuator Replacement
10. Remove the mode control cam actuator mounting plate. Refer to . Mode Control Cam Actuator Mounting Plate Replacement
11. Remove the vent valve lever. Refer to . Vent Valve Lever Replacement
12. Remove the mode valve lever. Refer to . Mode Valve Lever Replacement
13. Remove the mode valve gear. Refer to . Mode Valve Gear Replacement
14. Remove the inside air temperature sensor - left side upper. Refer to . Inside Air Temperature Sensor Replacement - Left Side Upper
15. Remove the inside air temperature sensor - right side upper. Refer to . Inside Air Temperature Sensor Replacement - Right Side Upper
16. Remove the temperature valve actuator - right side. Refer to . Temperature Valve Actuator Replacement - Right Side
17. Remove the A/C refrigerant temperature sensor. Refer to . Air Conditioning Refrigerant Temperature Sensor Replacement
18. Remove the inside air temperature sensor - right side lower. Refer to . Inside Air Temperature Sensor Replacement - Right Side Lower
19. Remove the air inlet valve lever - middle. Refer to . Air Inlet Valve Lever Replacement - Middle
20. Remove the air inlet valve lever - rear. Refer to . Air Inlet Valve Lever Replacement - Rear
