B Pillar, Replace

 

Models 34, 36, 39, 44, 46, 49

 

Remove

 

Unbolt attaching parts (front and rear doors, and seats).

Separate B pillar (inner and outer skin) according to size of new part. Prepare flanges.

 

1 =  Outer cutting line

2 =  Inner panel cutting line

X = Cut outside seat belt attachment

Install

Fit and weld in new part.

Note dimensions from body dimension chart.

Spray hollow space in sill panel with wax.
