Front Quarter Inner Trim Panel, Replace Partially

(Additional to Replacement of Quarter Panel)

 

Models 33, 34, 35, 37, 39, 43, 44, 45, 47, 49

 

The following describes replacement for Models 33, 43.

The cutting lines apply analogously to the other models.

 

Remove

 

Remove attaching parts. Separate quarter panel.

 

X  =   extended cutting line (above belt plate)

 

Prepare connecting flange.

Object Number: 2375373 Size: DEFAULT

 

 

Fit new part (economy part).

 

Install

 

Clean flange to be welded.

Apply spot welding paint.

Weld in front quarter inner trim panel (section).

 

Note dimensions from body dimension chart.
