Front Axle Control Arm Support, Replace

 

Remove

 

Remove attaching parts.

Disconnect control arm support.

Cut out spot welds (approx. 31).

Object Number: 2382072 Size: DEFAULT

 

 

Install

 

Prepare welding flange.

Drill bore hole of control arm support to Æ 14.2 mm/0.559 in.

 

 

Apply Spot Weld Paint - 90 001 874/15 04 559.

Install Welding Gauge KM-435 and position new component with welding gauge.

Object Number: 2382073 Size: DEFAULT

 

 

Weld in new component.

Spray on Underseal - 90 093 183/17 58 422.

Seal cavities with Wax - 90 016 651/17 58 993.

Object Number: 2382074 Size: DEFAULT
