Rear Trim Panel, Replace

All Models except GSi, Convertible: see illus. C 6077.

All Estates as of MY '89: see illus. D 1261.

Remove

Remove license plate lamp.

Remove inner trim panel from rear end panel, remove cover, if present.

Remove rear trim panel.

2 screws in rear end panel.

4 screws in wheel arch.

Pull trim panel from riveted lateral guides.

Install

Install in reverse order.

Note

Rear spoiler 1 and cover 2, in painted or primed versions for GT vehicles, or for retrofitting, are supplied as an installation kit.

Installation intructions and certificate are enclosed with the installation kit.

The trim panel parts shown (support, riveted lateral brackets) are part of the trim panel assembly.
