Damper Bushings of Rear Spring, Replace - Models 38 and 48
Remove rear spring - see operation "Rear Springs, Remove and Install or Replace" in this group.
Then press damper bushing from rear spring using KM-547-1.
If required, press bushing out completely using suitable drift.
Coat new bushing thinly with liquid detergent.
Press bushing flush into rear spring on both sides.
Install rear spring as described in operation "Rear Springs, Remove and Install or Replace".
