TECHNICAL DATA

 

Test Brake Light Switch:           After brake pedal travel of 20 ± 5 mm - measured on pedal, the brake lights must go on.

 

Pressure when Bleeding System with Brake Bleeder Unit:      150 kPa (1,5 bar) pressure

 

Duration of Leakage Test in Brake System:     Approx. 10 minutes using brake pedal tensioner

 

Check Valve for Vacuum Line (Tube):              Arrows on the valve body must point toward the intake manifold

 

Brake Pedal Travel:                    After changing brake disk pads (front) or operations on brake servo, pull push rod of brake light switch outwards - max. 7 notches.

 

Pedal Ratio:                                   4,5
