Remove
and clean accelerator pump, enrichment valve, jets, etc.
Clean,
check for damage or improper function and install in new float chamber.
Install
carburettor cover and throttle valve body in float chamber.
Use
new seals. To replace carburettor cover seal, remove float.
Install
carburettor. Use new self-locking nuts.
Adjust
idle speed and CO content in exhaust gas - see corresponding operation.
