TL Carburettor
Idle
Speed and CO Content of Exhaust Gas, Adjust
The
idle adjustment is to be carried out with the engine at operating temperature
(oil temperature approx. 80 °C/176 °F) and with the air cleaner installed.
The
carburettor must always be provided with a new tamper-proof seal if the old
one was removed in making an adjustment.
Connect
tachometer and CO tester.
Measure
idle speed and CO content.
