Thermostat, Remove and Install (16 DA, 17 D)

Open cap on expansion tank.

Unbolt cover from thermostat housing.

Collect escaping coolant.

Remove thermostat.

Insert thermostat.

Use new seal ring.

Bolt on cover of thermostat housing.

Fill coolant to "KALT" mark.

Close cap of expansion tank.
