Idle Speed Adjuster, Replace

Note:

Before removal, mark the positions of the hoses to ensure that they are installed in the original positions.

After the idle speed adjuster has been installed, no correction can be made to the hoses. Disconnect battery.

Loosen hose clamp and detach hose (arrow) from pre-volume chamber.

Remove hose clamp from hose.

Raise vehicle.

Disconnect multiplug from idle speed adjuster (arrow). Loosen hose clamp at intake manifold.

Pull out idle speed adjuster downwards together with both hoses.

Remove hoses from idle speed adjuster.

Install in reverse order.

Note:

Idle speed adjuster multiplug is coloured black.
