·   Engine running at idle speed

·   Throttle valve aperture less than 2 %

·   Following trouble codes not stored: 21, 22

·   Intake manifold absolute pressure greater than 840 hPa

The above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 5 s

If trouble code 33 was recognized, the system calculates with the following replacement functions:

Engine not running:

Intake manifold pressure equals 900 hPa

Engine running:

The control unit calculates the intake manifold pressure depending on the engine speed and throttle valve position.
