Reboring cylinder

Permissible Oversize

up to 0.5 mm

After reboring, destroy the original index on the crankcase and stamp in the new oversize index.

Bore

Permissible out-of-round        0.013 mm

Permissible taper:                   0.013 mm

Measure our-of-round at 4 different levels of the bore

Piston projection above upper edge of cylinder block

0.29 mm
