Converter clutch does not engage

·   Brake lamp switch incorrectly adjusted

·   Solenoid valve for converter clutch defective

·   Brake light switch signal not present

·   Fluid leak in fluid circuit of converter clutch

·   Torque converter defective

·   Valve body defective (pressure regulator, modulator valve, secondary regulating valve,converter control valve, shift valve 1-2/3-4)

·   Adjust brake lamp switch

·   Carry out Actuator Test with TECH 1 (section 5.7 no. 05)

·   Replace brake light switch

·   Locate/replace leaky part

·   Replace torque converter

·   Replace valve body with pressure regulator
