Electric Fuel Pump, Replace

(Only C 13 N MULTEC Central Fuel Injection System)

Raise rear seat bench.

Remove cover from assembly opening in the floor panel.

Disconnect electrical cable.

Dismount textile hose from connection stubs.

Unbolt fuel pump and holder assembly and pull out of fuel tank.

Press off fuel pre-filter.

Press connection hose from fuel pump to holder (cover) towards cover.

Remove fuel pump with rubber mounting from holder.

When installing, use new pre-filter and new rubber mounting (arrow).

Use new cover seal. Insert bolts with Locking Compound, Catalogue No. 15 03 294 (90 001 851).
