Engine Compartment Lamp, Service Install

Connect wiring harness to plug connection of instrument panel wiring harness in vicinity of windscreen wiper motor.

Fasten wiring harness to bonnet hinge with retaining strap.

Insert bulb in lamp.

Connect wiring harness to lamp.

Screw ground cable with bolt and toothed washer to bonnet.

Insert lamp in bonnet.

Function check:

The engine compartment comes ON when the exterior lamps are switched on.
