Contact Part - Steering and Ignition Lock,

Replace

Remove

Unscrew 4 screws from lower signal switch panelling.

Unscrew cover cap with horn button from steering wheel.

Turn ignition lock to position "I".

Turn steering wheel 90° to left and then to right so that screws are accessible.

Unscrew 2 screws from upper signal switch panelling.

Remove lower signal switch panelling.

Lever multiple plug from contact part and loosen 2 headless screws on opposite side of assembly.

Remove contact part from steering lock.

Important:     Note position of mating switch piece.

In order to avoid damage to the steering and ignition lock, do not under any circumstances remove the lock cylinder at the same time.

Install

Analogously in reverse order.

Position the mating switch piece to correspond with that of the contact part just removed.
