Electric High-Pressure Pump - Headlamp

Washer System, Replace

Remove

All models except GSi/GTE and/or vehicles with board computer:

Pull multiple plug from high-pressure pump.

If necessary, unscrew 3 screws, remove reservoir from wheel housing and drain.

Pull high-pressure pump upwards from reservoir.

Loosen hose clamps and pull high-pressure hose from pump hose stub.

GSi/GTE and/or Vehicles with Board Computer:

Unscrew filler neck from fluid reservoir.

Remove clips and remove wheel housing protective covering.

Unscrew screw and remove reservoir forwards from wing.

Pull off rubber cover and multiple plug from high-pressure pump.

Remove high-pressure hose from pump.

Pull high-pressure pump upwards from reservoir.

Place drip tray underneath to catch escaping fluid.

Install

Analogously in reverse order.
