Overrunning Clutch F1, Overhaul
 Disassemble Remove inner ring for overrunning clutch F1 (1). Remove thrust washer (2), thrust washer (3) and axial needle bearing (4). Remove retaining ring (5) for overrunning clutch F1 with suitable screwdriver. Remove bearing rings (6) with overrunning clutch F1 (7) and thrust washer (8). |

 Remove, Disconnect Remove retaining ring (1) with retaining ring pliers, Remove flange (2) and O-ring (3).
 Important! Note installation position of flange (2).
 Assemble Insert O-ring (3), flange (2) and retaining ring (1) - push retaining ring into groove with screwdriver (4).
Important! Ensure that retaining rings are correctly seated. |

 Install, Connect Insert thrust washer (3). overrunning clutch F1 (2) with bearing rings (1).
Important! Collar for overrunning clutch faces upwards.
Install, Connect Retaining ring (4) on overrunning clutch F1. Axial needle bearing (7), thrust washer (6), - with chamfer on top - and thrust washer (5). Inner ring (8) for overrunning clutch F1 in overrunning clutch.
 Inspect Counter-clockwise (arrow) - overrunning clutch free. Clockwise - overrunning clutch blocks. |
