Replace Protective Trim Strips - Model F 08, F 08

 Remove

Push plastic wedge between outer skin of door and protective
trim strip

Lift protective trim strip
|
| 3. |
Heat protective trim strip gently with hairdryer and remove
Note: Remove protective
trim strips uniformly to avoid denting outer door panel. Remove
adhesive residue (washing benzene, silicon remover).

Install
| 4. |
Remove protective strips from area to be bonded.

| 5. |
Position protective trim strip to match dimensions and press
on.
Note: Base material
must be dry and free from dust and grease. Heat outer surface of
protective trim strip. Final drying e.g. using radiant heater max.
