Remove and install torsional vibration damper > < Crankshaft, Remove and Install

Replace rear crankshaft seal ring for Corsa C DOHC diesel engine

Replace rear crankshaft seal ring

  Remove

1.   Remove transmission
2.   Remove clutch thrust plate and clutch disc LUREF_1.gif
3.   Detach flywheel (1)
•   Unscrew 8 bolts (arrows)
•   Remove KM-652

4.   Lever out crankshaft seal ring using suitable tool
Object Number: 7361073 Size: DEFAULT

5.   Insert crankshaft seal ring on EN-46777-10 and EN-46777-20
•   Coat crankshaft seal ring with engine oil
•   Insert new seal ring (3) on EN-46777-10 (1) via EN-46777-20 (2)

6.   Insert crankshaft seal ring in crankshaft
•   Install seal ring (1) with EN-46777-10 (2)

  Install

7.   Attach flywheel (1)
•   Attach KM-652
•   Tighten 8 new bolts (2) 28 Nm

8.   Install clutch thrust plate with clutch disk LUREF_1.gif
9.   Attach transmission to engine LUREF_1.gif

Remove and install torsional vibration damper > < Crankshaft, Remove and Install
