Oil Return Hose, Vacuum Pump, Replace (Z 17 DTH, with Air Conditioning, LHD)

  Remove

1.   Open bonnet
Important:   On vehicles with ESP - the steering angle sensor loses its basic adjustment each time the battery is disconnected. It must be recalibrated
2.   Disconnect battery
•   Detach ground cable
3.   Raise vehicle
4.   Disconnect dynamic oil level check sensor wiring harness plug (2)
5.   Remove vacuum pump oil return hose (1)
•   Place collecting basin underneath.
•   Unclip hose
•   Release 2x clamp

  Install

6.   Install vacuum pump oil return hose
•   Secure 2x clamp
•   Clip in hose
7.   Connect dynamic oil level check sensor wiring harness plug
8.   Lower vehicle
9.   Connect battery
•   Ground cable
10.   Check and correct engine oil level
•   Observe specified engine oil quantity
11.   Close bonnet
12.   Program volatile memory
