Exhaust manifold - Z 12 XE and Z 14 XEP engines The procedure for attaching the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head of the new Z 14 XEP engine has been revised; the tightening torque has been reduced to prevent damage to the exhaust manifold. Torque is applied in two stages, with 15 Nm being applied in each stage, as opposed to the old procedure which applied a torque of 20 Nm . This procedure is also to be applied retrospectively for all Z 12 XE petrol engines in the Agila and Corsa-C and in the Astra-G from MY 2001. |
