Replace intermediate drive wheel (AF13-II)
Remove

Attach KM-910 (2) to transmission
• |
Attach assembly to bracket KM-113-2
(1) and lock in horizontal position

Detach converter housing from transmission housing
• |
Unscrew 15x bolt (arrows)
|
|
6. |
Remove assembly, drive shaft with multi-plate clutch C2
|
|
|
|
9. |
Remove locking spring, parking lock
|
10. |
Remove guide (2) for parking lock claw
• |
Remove 2 bolts (1) and (3) with sleeve
|
• |
Remove torsion spring no. 2 (4)
|
|
11. |
Remove parking lock claw (6)
• |
Push out bolt (5) with torsion spring no.1 with a
screwdriver
|
|
12. |
Remove fluid retaining plate (10)
• |
Unscrew 2x bolt (arrows)
|
|
13. |
Remove intermediate wheel (driven) (8) with friction washers
(7) and (9)
Note: Note installation
position of friction washers.

Install

Install intermediate wheel (driven) with friction washers
Note: Note installation
position of friction washers.
|
15. |
Install fluid retaining plate
• |
Tighten fluid carrier plate 7 Nm
|
|
16. |
Insert parking lock claw
|
17. |
Install bolt with torsion spring No. 1
|
18. |
Install guide for parking lock claw
• |
Tighten 2x bolt with sleeve and torsion spring no.2 10 Nm
|
|
19. |
Install locking spring, parking lock
|
21. |
Install brake band B1
|
22. |
Install assembly, drive shaft with multi-plate clutch C2
|
24. |
Remove 3 gaskets (1) and (2)
• |
Clean sealing surfaces
Note: No gasket residue
may fall into transmission housing.

Attach converter housing to transmission housing
• |
Tighten 15x bolt (arrows) 25 Nm
|
• |
Insert 2 bolts (3) with locking compound
|
|
28. |
Detach assembly from bracket KM-113-2
• |
Detach KM-910 from transmission
|
|
