MTA System Wiring Harness, Remove and Install (F13
MTA/ F17+ MTA)
 Remove
| 1. |
Remove crash box
| • |
only Z 13 DT and Z 13 DTJ
|
|
| 2. |
Remove charge air pipe
| • |
only Z 13 DT and Z 13 DTJ
|
|
| 3. |
Detach wiring harness plug (3) from MTA control unit
| • |
Release wiring harness plug and disconnect
|
|
| 4. |
Detach wiring harness plugs (1) and (4) from transmission shift
module
| • |
Release wiring harness plug and disconnect
|
|
| 5. |
Detach MTA system wiring harness plug
| • |
Unclip wiring harness plug (2)
|
| • |
Remove MTA system wiring harness
|
|
|
|
Install
| 6. |
Attach MTA system wiring harness (2)
| • |
Connect wiring harness plug (3) to MTA control unit and
lock
|
|
| 7. |
Connect wiring harness plugs (1) and (4) to transmission shift
module and lock
|
| 8. |
Clip wiring harness bracket into transmission
|
|
|
| 9. |
Install charge air pipe
| • |
only Z 13 DT and Z 13 DTJ
|
|
| 10. |
Install crash box
| • |
only Z 13 DT and Z 13 DTJ
|
