Replace bracket for door outside handle (rear door)

Remove

1.	Detach rear door inner panelling

Partly detach water vapour barrier

•	Detach water vapour barrier in hatched area

Remove front door panel

•	Prise off panel (1) with a plastic wedge

Remove fixed handle part, rear door

•	Pull moving handle part (I) to the outside and hold

•	Turn screw (II) to left to the perceptible stop Note: Moving handle part must now be fixed in the pulled position

•	Remove fixed handle part with lock cylinder (IV)

Detach door handle

•	Pull moving handle part (III) towards the back

Detach bracket for outside door handle

•	Unscrew bolt (1)

•	Detach linkage (2)

•	Remove bracket

Install

Attach bracket for outside door handle

•	Insert bracket

•	Attach linkage

•	Tighten the bolt

Attach door handle

•	Insert moving handle part in door panel

Install fixed handle part, rear door

•	Pull moving handle part to the outside and hold

•	Tighten the bolt

•	Close moving handle part

•	Attach cover cap

10.	Attach front door panel

11.	Attach water vapour barrier

12.	Attach rear door inner panelling
