Replace intermediate drive wheel (driving)
(AF13-II)
 Remove
| 2. |
Remove multi-plate clutch assembly C1 
|
| 3. |
Remove multi-plate clutch assembly C0 and C3
|
| 4. |
Remove rear ring gear assembly with freewheel F0
|
| 5. |
Remove front ring gear assembly with freewheel F1 and planetary
carrier
|
| 7. |
Remove assembly, drive shaft with multi-plate clutch C2
|
| 9. |
Remove retaining ring (2) for intermediate drive gear with
KM-396 (1)
|
| 10. |
Rotate transmission in mount by 90° and lock
|
| 11. |
Remove intermediate drive gear (driving) (3) from transmission
housing
| • |
Release from intermediate drive gear on opposite side of
housing using rubber mallet if necessary
|
|
|
|
Install
| 12. |
Insert intermediate drive gear (driving) (1) into transmission
housing
| • |
drive in carefully with a rubber hammer as far as the stop
|
|
| 13. |
Rotate transmission in mount by 90° and lock
|
| 14. |
Insert new retaining ring (3) for intermediate drive gear with
KM-396 (2)
|
| 15. |
Install brake band B1
|
| 16. |
Install assembly, drive shaft with multi-plate clutch C2
|
|
|
| 18. |
Install front ring gear assembly with freewheel F1 and
planetary carrier
|
| 19. |
Install rear ring gear assembly with freewheel F0
|
| 20. |
Install multi-plate clutch assembly C0 and C3
|
| 21. |
Install multi-plate clutch assembly C1
|
