Sash Window – Front Door, Remove and
Install
 Remove
Front door inner panelling – see operation "Front door
inner panelling – Remove and Install". Water vapour
barrier.
For side airbag: Remove side airbag sensor bracket – see
operation "Sensor Bracket – Side Airbag, Remove and
Install".

Outside rear view mirror – see operation "Outside Rear
View Mirror, Replace" in group "R". Detach channel seal-inside
front door, channel seal-outside front door, guide rail (1). Front
door window winder – see operation "Front Door Window Winder,
Remove and Install". Loosen window frame weatherstrip, upper front
door weatherstrip, pull out sash window in upward direction.
Install
Insert guide rail, insert sash window into front door and guide
rail. Fasten window winder and guide rail, install front door
weatherstrip, window frame weatherstrip, front door inner channel
seal, front door outer channel seal.

 Adjust
|
Release sash window guide rail bolts (1), wind sash window up
and down once. Fasten bolts (1). Release sash window stop (2), wind
sash window up until it is flush with the weatherstrip and fasten
sash window stop.
Install
Outside rear view window, side airbag sensor mounting, undamaged
water vapour barrier, front door inner panelling.
