Ignition ON

With vehicle jacked up, slowly turn rear left / rear right wheel by hand

approx. 5.0 km / h

(3.0 MPH)

25, 44, 45, 46, 47

9, 21, 22, 23

or

drive vehicle

or

TECH 1 display approx. the same as speedometer display

Notes for Trouble - shooting:

Nominal Value:

Cause of Fault:

·   Gap between wheel speed sensor and ring gear (pulse pick - up) too large

     Nominal value: 0.2 to 1.5 mm / 0.008 to 0.06 in.

·   Wheel speed sensor (or bracket) loose

·   Ring gear (pulse pick - up) damaged

     Nominal value: 48 teeth

·   Rear left / rear right wheel speed sensors mixed up.

·   Transfer resistance to ground at plug connection X 2P
