· Vehicle
reference speed is higher than 12 km/h (7.5 mph) when the vehicle
first drives off while the speed of one affected front wheel remains at
approx. 2 km/h (1.2 mph).
· Within
20 ms, no speed is measured at affected wheel at a speed above
40 km/h (25 mph).
Effects:
· The
ABS is switched off
· The
ABS telltale is switched on^
Note:
On fault recognition, pressure is increased at one of the
front wheels and decreased at the rear axle (up to switchoff).
On fault recognition at one wheel during ABS regulation, the
ABS is switched off immediately.
If several wheels are under ABS regulation, the ABS is
switched off at the end of regulation.
