·   With ignition on (after completion of switch - on test), a lead interruption for more than 1 s.

·   A lead interruption is detected when voltage at the brake light switch is in the range of 50 to 75 % of battery voltage.

Effects:

·   Condition of brake lamp switch cannot be determined by control unit.

·   The ABS is not switched off
