Remove visco-fan – see operation "Visco-fan, Remove and Install".

Mark direction of travel of ribbed V-belt.

Remove ribbed V-belts – see operation "Ribbed V-belts, Remove and Install".

Remove ribbed V-belt jockey pulley (2) and ribbed V-belt pulley for coolant pump (1). Counterhold ribbed V-belt pulley for coolant pump with KM-821.

Version with AC: Remove ribbed V-belt tension roller for compressor ribbed V-belt.

Remove torsional vibration damper (3) from torsional vibration damper hub (4) (6 attachment screws).

Align positioning hole (2) in torsional vibration damper with torsional vibration damper hub positioning pin (1).

Attach torsional vibration damper (3), washer (4) and new attachment screws to torsional vibration damper hub – tightening torque 15 Nm / 11 lbf. ft. + 10° + 5°.

For version with AC: Install ribbed V-belt tension roller for AC condenser ribbed V-belt – tightening torque 22 Nm / 16 lbf. ft.

Install coolant pump V-belt pulley – tightening torque 10 Nm / 7.5 lbf. ft.

Install ribbed V-belt tension roller – tightening torque 22 Nm / 16 lbf. ft.

Note running direction of ribbed V-belt. Install ribbed V-belt – see operation "Ribbed V-belt, remove and install".

Install visco-fan – see operation "Visco-fan, Remove and Install".
