Remove transmission and clutch thrust plate - see operation
"Manual Transmission, Remove and Install (Vehicles with 4-Cylinder
Engine)" and "Thrust Plate and Clutch Disc, Remove and Install" in
group "K".
Counterhold flywheel with KM-652 (1) and remove from
crankshaft.
Recut crankshaft thread.
Install
Install flywheel with new bolt to crankshaft – tightening
torque 65 Nm / 48 lbf. ft. + 30° + 15°. Lock flywheel when
tightening with KM-652 (2).
Install clutch cover assembly and transmission – see
operation "Clutch Cover and Clutch Disc, Remove and Install" and
"Manual Transmission, Remove and Install (For Vehicles with 4
Cylinder Petrol Engine)" in group "K".
