Note:

The idle speed can be reprogrammed. This allows the output speed to be changed by 50, 100 or 150 rpm.

 

Carry out the corresponding TECH 1 adjustment (table F7) and ECU control (table F6) If the intake air temperature (F0: Data List 05) is higher than 50 C / 122 °F, the nominal idle speed may increase by up to 1 00 rpm.

 

If the battery voltage is very low when the engine is running at idle speed (between 12.0 and 12.2 V), it is possible that the Motronic control unit increases the idle speed by up to 50 rpm.
