Disconnect battery. Release retaining bracket and disconnect wiring harness plug (1). Counterhold line with second wrench and unbolt fan Motronic switch/pressure switch (2) rapidly.

2. – Fan pressure switch

  Install

Place seal ring on connection port.

Note:   Use new seal ring, only coat green-coloured seal ring with mineral oil (part no. 90 001 810, catalogue no. 9 49 870) before assembly and place on connection port.

Counterhold line and screw on Motronic switch/pressure switch, fan (2), quickly - tightening torque 7 Nm. Connect wiring harness plug to Motronic switch/pressure switch, fan. Connect battery.
