Place cylinder head on wooden blocks.
Cut intake and exhaust - use Guide Drift KM-340-7.
Valve seat (II)
45 ° side with KM-340-13
upper corrective angle (I)
30 ° side with KM-340-13
lower corrective angle (III)
60 ° side with KM-340-26
Valve seat width (IV):
1.0 to 1.5 mm (intake)
1.7 to 2.2 mm (exhaust)
Clean
Clean off cutting shavings from cylinder head.
Inspect
Before installing valves - see operations "Valve, Grind" and "Valve, Grind in". Valve Stem Projection, Check - see operation "Valve Stem Projection, Check".
