SOLENOID 2-3 VOLTAGE LOW

24

·   After the engine is started, the fault is recognised during the shifting operation of the relevant solenoid valve

·   The voltage level recognised by the control unit at the relevant control unit output (terminal 43) is 0 V,

although the output was set to 12 V by the control unit

(solenoid valve is not actuated) (short circuit to ground)

Effects:

·  Solenoid valves (brake band, 1-2/3-4 shift, 2-3 shift, torque converter clutch) and electro-hydraulic pressure regulator are switched off

·   On fault recognition, the following individual gears can still be shifted manually (emergency program):

     "Driving stage" (gear) "D"(4), "3"(4), "2"(3), "1"(1)

Note:

If trouble code 18 has the status TC NOT PRESENT and trouble code 62 is set, first search for the fault at the relevant solenoid valve
