· On ignition "ON", the fault
is recognised immediately
· Voltage control relay can be actuated,
i.e.
trouble codes 62, 63 or 64 not set
· The voltage level recognised by the
control unit at the relevant control unit output (terminal 43) is 12 V,
although
the output was set to 0 V by the control unit
(solenoid
valve is actuated) (short circuit to battery voltage)
· Engine running
· The fault must be recognised at least 8
times (160 ms)
· If the fault occurs after the engine is
started, it is only recognised after actuation of the solenoid valve
Effects:
· Solenoid valves (brake band,
1-2/3-4 shift, 2-3 shift, torque converter clutch) and electro-hydraulic
pressure regulator are switched off
· On fault recognition, the following
individual gears can still be shifted manually (emergency program):
