· Using multimeter, measure voltage to
ground in 12-pin MID wiring harness plug Ter. 1:
|
lower than 2 V
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
· Using multimeter, measure resistance to
ground at 12-pin MID wiring harness plug Ter. 1:
|
higher than 1.3 kW
|
· MOTRONIC: Short circuit to +
battery voltage or to ground in lead between 12-pin MID wiring harness plug
Ter. 1 and fuel pump relay K44/Ter. 86 or engine control unit K61/Ter. 3
(via wiring harness plug connection X3/Ter. 9)

· MOTRONIC: Short circuit to + battery
voltage or to ground in lead between 12-pin MID wiring harness plug Ter. 1
and fuel pump relay K44/Ter. 85 or engine control unit K69/Ter. 15 (via
