Subject:         Installing the SC804 CDC Radio/Cassette Player

Vehicles:       Corsa, Tigra, Astra-F and Omega

Condition:     When a new or exchange SC804 CD Radio/Cassette player ist installed it is possible that i may be in the wrong "mode".

                        If the radio/cassette player is set for Omega and installed in an Astra, Corsa or Tigra, the remote display will not operate. However, if the radio/cassette player is set for Astra, Corsa or Tigra and installed in an Omega the just parts of the dispay will be missing, ie, the words "DISC IN".

                        A radio/cassette player that is in the wrong "mode" can be changed by carrying out the following:

                        1.      Switch the ignition on.

                        2.      Hold down pre-set buttons 4 and 6.

                        3.      Switch the set on, keep pre-set buttons 4 and 6 held until a two-tone "bleep" is heard.
