Parking Brake Shoes, Parking Brake Lever, Parking Brake Cable, Brake Pedal Parking Brake Shoes, Remove and Install (Vehicles with Rear Disc Brake)
 Remove, Disconnect Unclip folding cover for parking brake lever from centre console and loosen adjustment nut (1). Remove rear wheel. Remove brake disc - see operation "Brake Disc - Rear Wheel Brake, Remove and Install". Detach return springs (2) and (5) with brake spring pliers. Remove washer (4), pressure springs and retaining pins with KM-985. Remove parking brake shoes. |

 Install, Connect Lightly coat adjustment unit (2) with grease from the inside. Install parking brake shoes (1) with washer (5), pressure springs (4) and retaining pins (6). Insert adjustment unit and install return springs (3) and (7) with brake spring pliers.
Install, Connect Install brake disc - see operation "Brake Disc - Rear Wheel Brake, Remove and Install".
 Tighten (Torque) Wheel to wheel hub - 110 Nm / 81 lbf. ft.
 Adjust Adjust parking brake - see operation "Parking Brake, Adjust (Vehicles with Disc Brake)". |
