Coolant Temperature Sensor, Remove and Install > < Coolant Cut-Off Valve, Remove and Install

Solenoid Valve for Coolant Shut-Off Valve, Remove and Install  

Object Number: 616191 Size: DEFAULT  Remove, Disconnect   

Remove engine compartment weatherstrip and open service aperture (1).  

Disconnect vacuum hoses (2) and wiring harness plug (4) from solenoid valve (3) for coolant cut-off valve.  

Remove coolant shut-off valve solenoid valve fastening.  

Remove coolant shut-off valve solenoid valve guide pin.

Object Number: 616192 Size: DEFAULT  Install, Connect   

Place coolant shut-off valve solenoid valve on guide pin and fasten - 1 fastening bolt.  

Connect wiring harness plug and vacuum hoses to coolant shut-off valve solenoid valve.  

Close service aperture and fasten engine compartment weatherstrip.
