Sudden loss of performance with black smoke.

Cause:

Hose clamp from the intercooler hose "inlet /outlet" slips off or becomes loose. Consequence is that the intercooler hoses falls off.

Production Solution:

Special part:

No

Remedy:

Clean and sand the inside of the hose. Install hose and a new Hose clamp without lubricant. Tighten clamp to specified torque, don`t over tighten hose clamp because hose could slip off.
