Cylinder Head Cover (Cylinders 1-3-5), Remove and Install (X 25 XE)
Remove, Disconnect
Remove intake bridge - see operation "Intake Bridge, Remove and Install".
Disconnect cable channel (1) from cable channel bracket and lay aside to rear.
Detach cable channel bracket (2) from intake manifold bracket (3). Detach intake manifold bracket from cylinder head.
Disconnect coolant lines (4) from bracket and engine vent housing.
Remove spark plug connections with KM-836. Disconnect cylinder head cover (5) from cylinder head.
Clean
Remove gasket remnants and clean sealing surfaces.
Install, Connect
Apply wetting agent (colourless) to sealing surfaces (arrows).
Insert new gaskets and seal rings in cylinder head cover.
Attach cylinder head cover to cylinder head - tightening torque 8 Nm / 6 lbf. ft.
Connect spark plug connections - note ignition cable routing.
Connect coolant lines to bracket and engine vent housing.
Attach intake pipe bracket to cylinder head.
Attach wiring trough bracket to intake pipe bracket.
Attach wiring trough to wiring trough bracket.
Install intake bridge - see operation "Intake Bridge, Remove and Install".
Remove, Disconnect 
Clean 
Install, Connect
